Privacy

Ask Iris is a conversation, and we treat it like one. Here is exactly what happens to what you type.

No account, no tracking profile. You are a random session id, not a person. Sessions expire after three hours and take what Iris remembered about the conversation with them.

Questions are kept, anonymised. We log what gets asked — with email addresses, phone numbers, links and handles stripped before storage — so we can see what DMEXCO is actually asking and write better answers. Some questions, further anonymised and approved by a human, appear on our public wall.

Your email is stored only if you give it to us — in the contact box when we hand you to one of the team — and it is used for exactly that: one reply from that human. No lists, no newsletter, deleted after the follow-up.

The AI's answers are Iris's opinions, drawn from material our team wrote. It is told not to invent client work, prices or promises, and a server-side check enforces that. When it is out of its depth, it says so and offers you a human.

Questions or removal requests: ask any of us at the stand, or write to Iris Worldwide — we will delete anything attributable to you.
